摘要
目的:为对幼儿与学龄前儿童颅面发育的评估及头面部损伤的修复与重建提供解剖学参数。方法:按《人体测量方法》,采用摄影测量方法,测量四川地区2~7岁儿童男、女性9个年龄段18个组的鼻宽、口宽、内眦间距、外眦间距与面宽;计算各组各项指标的均数与标准差;对各项指标同面宽的相关与回归关系进行分析。结果:鼻宽、口宽、内眦间距的测量结果无性别差异;面宽、外眦间距均为男大于女,其差异具有显著性意义;鼻宽、口宽、内眦间距、外眦间距与面宽之间均具相关与直线回归关系。结论:提供的测量数据和推导的回归方程可为临床对幼儿和学龄前儿童颅面发育评估,及头面部的损伤修复与重建提供参考。
Objective : To provide the anatomic data for cranial estimation, repairs and reconstruction. Methods : The interocular, external binocular, nasal, oral and facial breadths of children aged from 2 to 7 years were measured by taking pictures. All children were divided into 18 groups according to gender and age. The mean and standard deviation of every width in each group was calculated. And the relative regression between facial width to other four widths were analyzed. Results.. There was no gender difference in the breadths of the nose and mouth, as well as in the inter medial canthal distance. However, the breadth of the face and interlateral canthal distance of male were greater than those of female. In addition, the correlation was found between the facial breadth and other four items. Conclusion: The regression equation is helpful to cranial estimation, repairs and reconstruction.
