摘要
以萘系中间相沥青为原料,利用超临界流体(Supercritical Fluid)作为发泡剂制备中间相沥青泡沫,经氧化炭化处理获得泡沫炭材料。通过分析中间相沥青的流变性能以及比较不同溶剂对中间相沥青的溶解性能,选择合适的超临界溶剂,可以制备出泡孔均匀,开孔率高的泡沫炭材料。研究了中间相沥青-溶剂系统的超临界状态下的发泡过程。考察溶剂比例、发泡压力、系统温度、压力释放速率等发泡条件对超临界流体制备中间相沥青泡沫炭的影响。
Mesophase pitch was foamed with supercritical fluid (SCF), and carbon foam was gotten after oxidization and carbonization. An appropriate supercritical solvent was chosen according to the theological performance and the dissolvability of the pitch. The foaming process was studied. It was found that the SCF was effective to improve the homogeneity of pore structure and the ratio of opened pores of foams obtained compared with the reported methods. The effects of the SCF proportions, temperature, pressure and the releasing speed on the pore structure of the pitch foam were investigated.
