摘要
室内研制了一种暂堵剂ZDJ-1,对暂堵剂的油溶性、水溶性及在酸液中的稳定性进行了实验分析,并研究了暂堵剂对岩芯的暂堵效率及不同渗透率岩芯的暂堵分流效果。结果表明,ZDJ-1油溶性好,在酸液中表现为惰性,并联岩芯酸化时能有效地暂堵分流,使低渗透岩芯吸酸率增大,提高了酸化效果。探讨了暂堵酸化工艺的选井原则,在长庆低渗、非均质严重的靖安油田实施暂堵酸化施工26井次,工艺成功率90%,取得了较好的效果。
According to the problem of serious heterogeneity,conflicts among reservoirs,low energy of wells in Changqing Jingan oil fields,this paper studies and applied the technique of temporary plugging separate acidizing.We presents an experimental study method of temporary plugging acidization and gives an experimental analysis of the oil-solubility,particle destribution of the temporary plugging agent(ZDJ-1),and its stability in acid fluid and the compatibility of temporary plugging agent with acid fluid.Using a specially experimental apparatus,we studies the efficiency of the temporary plugging agent,the unplugging efficiency in produced fluid,and the temporary plugging diverting efficiency of the cores of different permeabilities.The temporary plugging acidizing experiment results show that ZDJ-1 temporary plugging agent displays excellent oil-solubility,inertia in acid fluid and good compatibility with acid and additives.In a parallel core acidizing experiment,it can effectively divert the flow rate through each core and greatly increases the acid absorption amount of the cores of low permeabilities,thus evenly improving the permeabilities of different cores and the acidizing effect.26 wells was applied with success rate of 90%.So it is a new technique of sandstone acidization which is worth popularizing.
