摘要
传统放顶煤模拟模型对厚煤层放顶煤的适应性研究表明,该模拟模型确定的移动场与实际顶煤移动场不符,放出体上部宽度与下部宽度相差1.3~1.7m,同椭球体模型理论分析相距在30%~40%。并对传统放顶煤模拟模型进行改进,构建了顶煤垮落角等多个模型,使放顶煤模拟研究中的连续性假设条件得到松驰。改进后的模拟模型应用表明,横向概率每增大10%,顶煤放出量增加约2.2%,顶煤放出率达到88%,比改进前提高7%~17%。
Discussed the adaptability of traditional top-coal caving simulation model to the thick coal seam. It showed that the mobile market established by this simulation model and the actual top-coal mobile field was inconsistent, released width of the upper and lower differed by 1.3 - 1.7 m, with the ellipsoid body model theory analysis close in the 30% to 40%, and also carried out research on the traditional top-coal caving simulation model improvement, and built a number of models, such as top coal running angle, so it made the continuity hypothetical conditions in the simulation studying slacked. The application of improved simulation model showed that, with each crosswise probability increasing 10%, the amount of top-coal caving release increased about 2.2%, and the rate of top-coal caving release achieved 88%, improvement of the former 7%-17%.
