摘要
以水杨醛为基本原料,合成了2种具有手性的Salen-Mn配合物,通过圆二色(CD)光谱、吸收光谱、粘度和凝胶电泳等方法研究了2种配合物与DNA的作用.结果显示:这2种配合物不以插入模式与DNA结合,但显示出化学核酸酶性质,在H2O2存在下,能够断裂DNA,将pBR322DNA由formI转化为formII.
Two chiral bridge-substituted manganese (Ⅲ) complexes [Mn (Ⅲ)L]^+CI (L = N,N′-bis-(2- hydroxyphenol-l-carbaldehyde)- (1R,2R)- (-)-diaminocyclohexane and N,N′-bis-(2-hydroxyphenol-1- carbaldehyde )- (1S, 2S)- (+)-diaminocyclohexane ) have been synthesized. The interaction of these complexes with calf thymus DNA was investigated by spectroscopic, CD and viscosity measurements. Results of steectroscopic and viscosity measurements suggest that the two complexes can't bind to DNA via an intercalative mode. But these Mn (Ⅲ) complexes have been found to promote the cleavage of plasmid DNA pBR322 in the presence of H2O2. 6figs., 12refs.
