摘要
目的回顾并分析国内有关系统评价的护理文献研究的相关情况。方法截至2007年12月在CBM、CNKI、万方数据库中,对国内所有期刊杂志中有关系统评价的护理文献进行检索,并对检索结果进行分析。结果运用系统评价的国内护理文献能检索到全文的33篇。内容涉及到护理理论、应用、调查、教育等方面。应用类系统评价23篇,占70%,其中高质量(Ⅱ级及以上)的文献18篇,占应用类系统评价的78%。结论国内正处于将循证护理中的系统评价引入实践的阶段,面临着观念落后、能力较低、精力不足等种种困境,护理文献系统评价的数量和质量亟待提高。
Objective To review and analyze the domestic nursing literature systematic review in China. Methods Retrievals were made of all the nursing literature systematic reviews in China in CBM, CNKI and Wanfang Database, and then analyses were made of the obtained data. Results A total of 33 nursing literature systematic reviews were retrieved, which ranged in contens from nursing theories, applications, survey and education, etc. Of the total reviews, 23 were about nursing applications, accounting for 70%; highquality ones （Grade Ⅱ and above） were 18, accounting for 78%. Conclusion China is at the stage of putting the systematic review of evldence-based nursing into practice, and is faced with backwardness of concept, poor capacity and lack of energy,etc. The number of nursing literature systematic reviews remains to be increased and the quality, to be improved.
