摘要
目的探讨Wellpex根尖诱导成形术在治疗未发育完成的年轻恒牙牙根时的效果。方法实验组:89颗牙用注射式Wellpex糊剂进行根充;对照组:85颗牙用Ca(OH)2糊剂导入根管内,直到根管充满。结果实验组的治疗效果明显好于对照组,长期观察实验组的疗效也优于对照组。结论注射式Wellpex糊剂根管填充治疗未发育完成的年轻恒牙牙根的牙髓感染、牙髓坏死或根尖周病时可以保存活的根髓或牙乳头,使患牙的牙根能继续发育完成,提高年轻恒牙保存的效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of Wellpek apexification on curing null growth of young permanent teeth. Methods The experimental group： Eighty -nine teeth were injected through their roots with paste of Wellpex. The comparing group： The root canal of Eighty - five teeth were injected fully with paste of Calcium hydroxide. Results The effect of treatment in experimental group was obviously better than that of comparing group ; the long - term curative effect of experimental group was also better than the other. Conclusions When pulp infection, pulp necrosis or periapical disease of young permanent teeth were treated by injecting paste of Wellpex, they can be preserved with survival root marrow or dental papilla, to make their dental roots grow completely and elevate the preservative effect of young permanent teeth.
