抑癌基因RUNX3与肿瘤相关性的研究进展

摘要 RUNX3基因是一种肿瘤抑制基因,是RUNX转录因子的家族成员,可能以调节因子的身份参与转化生长因子β介导的信号转导通路。其表达下调在多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用,失活的主要机制是启动子的高甲基化和杂合性缺失,尤其启动子区CpG岛的甲基化在肿瘤中的作用,更是学者们关注的焦点。 RUNX3,a kind of tumor-suppressing gene, is a member of RUNX transcription factor family. It can take part in the transforming growth factorβpathway as a regulatory factor. And it's down regulatory expression plays an important role in several malignant tumors, the main mechanisms of which are hypsomethylation and loss of hetemzygosity(LOH) of the promoter, especially the effect of methylation of CpG insular of the promoter region ,which has drawn many scholars' interest.
