摘要
以包钢含氟烧结矿的粘结相为研究对象,考察了粘结相自身的抗折、抗压强度随粘结相组成的变化规律。通过改变粘结相的碱度以及MgO、CaF2和FeO的含量测得了不同粘结相的抗折、抗压强度。结果表明,碱度低于1.4时,碱度增加使粘结相的抗折、抗压强度增加,碱度高于1.4时,粘结相粉化严重;添加MgO使粘结相抗折、抗压强度下降;添加少量CaF2能提高粘结相的抗折、抗压强度;FeO的质量分数为3.86%时,粘结相的抗折、抗压强度最高。
The self-strength characteristics of binding phase in fluorine-bearing sinter in Baotou Steel were studied and the relationship between the strength and binding phase's composition was obtained. By adjusting the basicity or the content of MgO, CaF2 and FeO, the fracture strength and compression strength of different binding phase were discussed. The result indicated that the compression strength and fracture strength increased with the increase of basicity for basicity 〈 1.4 but binding phase was powdered obviously when basicity was over 1.4, the strength decreased with the increase of MgO content, adding CaF2 increased the strength of binding phase, and the strength of binding phase was greater at 3.86% FeO.
