摘要
对连云港海淤的化学成分、矿物成分、颗粒级配特征、自然干燥特性以及干燥过程中海淤的含盐量变化进行了系统的研究。结果表明,连云港的海淤在化学组成上属于低硅、铝,高易熔组分的酸性黏土;矿物成分以伊利石、绿泥石、高岭石等黏土矿物为主,陆源碎屑矿物石英、长石含量低,能够在较低的烧成温度下烧结。其工艺性能具有高液、塑限、干燥和烧成收缩大的特点。海淤中的含盐量经过1次水洗后即能满足制砖黏土的要求。
Systematic study has been made on chemical composition,mineral component,particle size distribution, natural drying feature,variation of salt content during dry process of Lianyungang ooze. Results show that the ooze is a kind of acid one with low content of SiO2, Al2O3 and high fusible component in chemical composition. Its mineral components mainly include illite, chlorite and kaolinite clay minerals which have high contents and quartz,feldspar debris minerals which have low contents. Such ooze can be baked at low temperature. It technological properties are characterized by high liquid,plastic limit, dryness and high fixing shrinkage. The salt content in ooze can meet the requirement for brick making after the ooze is washed by fresh water for one time.
