摘要
刺槐种子在高温、高湿模拟条件下人工加速老化1~6d,随着老化时间的延长,其生活力和活力指标均发生明显变化。老化5d后,种子丧失活力,发芽率为0。在老化过程中,电导率和过氧化物酶活性随老化程度的增大而明显增大。
The seeds of Robinia pseudoacacia was exposed to the artificial accelerated aging under 40℃ and 100 % relative humidity for 1-6 days. Significant viability and vigor changes were found in the seeds with the extension of accelerated aging time. After 5 days, vigor was determined, the germination percentage declined to 0. In the process of accelerated aging, the activity of POD and electro conductivity appeared to increase with aging degree increases obviously.
