摘要
以苯甲醛为原料、溴化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵为相转移催化剂,在VB1催化下,合成了二苯基羟乙酮.采用正交实验方法,得出了最佳的反应条件:以0.1mol苯甲醛、0.18 gVB1为基准,在溴化二甲基苄基铵的用量0.02g、反应时间80min、反应温度70℃、10%NaOH用量5mL时,反应产率达到72.3%.由于加入了相转移催化剂,改善了以往方法产率低、重现性差的缺点.
Benzoin was synthesized using benzaldehyde as the raw material, lauryl dimethyl phenmethyl ammonium bromide as phase transfer catalysis and VB1 as catalyst. Using 0. 1 mol benzaldehyde and 0.18 g VB1 as standard, The optimal reaction conditions are put forward based on the orthogonal experimental technique : the yield of product reaches 72.3% when the quantity of phase transfer catalyst is 0.02g, reaction temperature is 70℃, reaction time is 80 minutes,and the concentration of NaOH is 10% (5mL). The shortcoming of old method such as the productive rate was low and the repeatbility was difficult was improved.
