摘要
基于我国农村宅基地管理现状的调查分析,探寻农村宅基地审批及宅基地使用权管理存在的问题,提出完善宅基地审查审批程序和宅基地用地的规划管理、加强村级基层组织民主建设,规范乡(镇)、县一级土地管理部门在宅基地管理中的职责的对策建议,实现土地节约利用和村民住宅合理建设目标。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the management of rural residential land in China, in order to make the best use of the land and make the houses of farmers built more reasonably, this paper seeks the current problems of the administrative approval process and management of rural residential land use, put forward sugggestions on the approval system of rural residential, the planning of rural residential land, enhance the democratic construction of the rural primary organizations, standardize the duties of the land administration department of the township and county during the management of rural residential land.
