摘要
通过研究环氧树脂型号与配比、填料种类与用量、固化温度、固化时间对环氧胶黏结强度的影响,确定了最佳实验配方和条件:E-20、E-51、E-44、F-44、松香树脂填料的重量比为160∶33∶25∶25∶15,150℃定压固化1h,环氧树脂胶粘剂T剥离强度达到9.52kN.m-1,拉伸剪切强度达到28.95MPa。
The proportion of different sign epoxy resin, the dosage of different filler, the curing time and curing temperature were studied. best formulaton and the best condition is: E- 20, E - 51, E- 44, F-44; pine resin is 160:33:25:25:15 (the unit is g) ; the curing temperature is 150℃ ; the Best curing time urger some pressure is lh. Finally, the research conducted suggests that the product whose T remove strength can attain 9.52kN·m^-1, and the pull to stretch shear to slice strength can attain 8.95MPa.
