摘要
高职院校教师职业倦怠心理极大地影响着教师的工作。因此,要分析职业倦怠心理的成因,并探索解决这种职业倦怠心理的基本对策。
Burnout psychology in colleges and universities has great influence on teaching. Therefore, we should analyze the cause for the burnout psychology, probe into the basic strategies to the burnout psychology.
