摘要
文章通过提出"以人为本"的学生教育管理理念,结合民办高校学生工作实际,阐述了民办高校实行"以人为本"学生教育管理理念的必要性,并就民办高校如何构建"以人为本"的学生教育管理工作模式进行了研究探讨。
Combining with the students work in civilian-run colleges and universities, this paper presents the idea of the human-oriented schooling management, illustrates the necessity of application this work mode in civilian-run colleges and universities, and discuss how coustruct this work mode of human-oriented shooling management.
