摘要
目的研究黔产吴茱萸的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从黔产吴茱萸中分离并鉴定了5个化合物,即吴茱萸碱(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、槲皮素(Ⅲ)、正十八烷醇(Ⅳ)、正二十七烷醇(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅳ,Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and elucidate the constituents of Evodia rutaecarpa. Methods Various chromatographic technologies were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their structures were identified on the physico - chemical properties and spectral data. Results Five compounds were isolated from Evodia rutaecarpa( juss. ) Benth and identified as evodiamine( Ⅰ ), β -sitosterol( Ⅱ ), quercetin( Ⅲ ), 1 - octadecanol( Ⅳ ), n - heptacosyl alcohol( Ⅴ ). Conclusion It is the first time to find compound (Ⅳ) and compound ( Ⅴ ) in this plant.
