摘要
目的探讨开心散对衰老小鼠的高级糖基化终末产物(AGEs)和自由基的抑制作用。方法建立D-半乳糖诱导的亚急性衰老模型,用开心散进行治疗,观察其对衰老模型小鼠脑、肝脏的高级糖基化终末产物(AGEs),SOD活力以及MDA含量的影响。结果开心散能够明显改善D-半乳糖诱导的衰老小鼠的学习记忆障碍,显著提高衰老小鼠的脑、肝脏中SOD的活力,降低AGEs,MDA的含量。结论开心散可能通过降低体内AGEs的含量以及清除自由基的作用来改善D-半乳糖诱导小鼠的学习记忆能力。
Objective To study the effects of Kaixin Powder on nonenzymatic glycosylation and free radicals in aging rat. Methods Mimetic dementia model induced by D - galactose was used, and the ability of learning and memory was measured by water maze task. The contents of AGEs and MDA as well as activities of SOD in brains and livers were determined. Results The results showed that Kaixin Powder could increase the correct percentage in the water maze task. Meanwhile it was found that Kaixin Powder markedly elevated SOD activity, and could reduce AGEs and MDA contents in brain and liver. Conclusion Kaixin Powder may exhibit its anti -aging effects by, at least partially, inhibiting nonenzymatic glycosylation and reducing free radicals.
