半边旗中黄酮的提取工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的确定提取半边旗总黄酮的最佳工艺条件,并精制以提高黄酮的含量。方法采用正交实验法,考察溶剂用量、乙醇浓度、提取时间以及提取次数对半边旗中总黄酮溶出量的影响,确定最佳提取条件,然后对半边旗总黄酮进行精制,用高效液相色谱测定已知黄酮的含量。结果在所考察的因素中,对半边旗总黄酮提取影响程度为乙醇浓度>提取次数>溶剂用量>提取时间,半边旗总黄酮最佳提取条件为12倍用量80%乙醇回流提取2次、每次回流2 h,精制后半边旗黄酮含量达到84.3%以上。结论该工艺设计合理,操作简单,生产成本低廉,有较高的工业生产应用价值。 Objective To optimize the extraction conditions for flavonoids from Pteris semipinnata L. , and refine the flavonoids to improve the purity. Methods Optimized conditions including ethanol quantity, ethanol concentration , reflux duration and extraction times were determined by the orthogonal test. The flavonoids were refined with different solutions and the purity was determined by HPLC. Results The order of factors to affect the flavonoid extraction was ethanol concentration 〉 extraction times 〉 ethanol quantity 〉 reflux duration. The best extraction technology was that 12 -fold and 80% ethanol, refluxing for 2 hour at water bath and 2 times of extraction. The purity of refined flavonoids was up to 84.3%. Conclusion This technology is simple,reasonable and the cost is lower, which is suitable for industralization.
