摘要
对1000吨液压矫直机辅机液压系统油温升温过快的三种情况进行了发热理论计算、原因分析和比较,提出了降低该机液压系统油温的措施,使该机从每班只能连续工作一小时提高到五小时。
This paper presents the theoretical calculation of heat generation,cause and comparison for three cases of the rapid increase in oil temperature in the hydraulic system of the auxiliary machine of 1000 Ton hydraulic straightener,and gives the methods for decreasing the oil temperature in the hydraulic system of the machineBy using the methods mentioned above the result obtained is an increase in the working hours of the machine from one hour per shift to five hours per shift
