摘要
以甲醇、二乙胺等为析盐剂对偏氯乙烯皂化废水进行了溶析结晶回收NaCl的研究。随着析盐剂用量的增加,溶析结晶出的NaCl量增多,当2者体积比为4:1时,NaCl析出效果最佳;结合能耗计算,以二乙胺析盐剂的效果最好、能耗降低。提出的皂化废水处理新工艺对发展偏氯乙烯产业、提高企业的经济效益、节能减排都有重要的意义。
The research of recovering sodium chloride (NaCl) from saponification wastewater formed in vinylidene chloride production by organic salting out agent, such as methanol and diethylamine, is studied. It was demonstrated that the quantity of precipitated NaCl increased with the increase of amount of added organic salting out agent, and reached a best result when the volume ratio of salting out agent to wastewater was 4:1. According to the calculated result of energy consumption, diethylamine has a better effect and lower energy consumption than methanol. The new treatment process has great significance for the development of vinylidene chloride industries, in improving the enterprise economic efficiency and energy saving and reduction.
