摘要
首尾线型尖瘦船舶或小船台上建造的大中型船舶的纵向下水,由于下水过程中尾部浮力不足,极易造成滑道末端墩反力过大,甚至发生尾弯。提出了一种船舶带浮筒下水新工艺,通过在船舶尾部安装浮筒,并对浮筒大小和位置进行优化,能较为简便、经济和可靠地解决上述问题。此项研究己用于多艘大型汽车运输船的下水,取得了较好的效果。
End launching of ships with slender underwater shape or ships manufactured in short slipways may cause big block reactions at the ends of slipways and even lead to tipping due to shortage of buoyancy at stern. A new technology is brought forward to overcome tipping by fixing pontoons with optimal size and position at stern in order to increase buoyancy of stern. The new technology has been successfully applied to launchings of several pure car and truck carriers and proved to be simple and applicable. The safety problems occurred to the end launching of above-mentioned two kinds of ships can be solved easily and efficiently by using the new technology.
