摘要
文章通过对当代大学生管理工作主要特征的分析,尝试探讨将目标管理应用于大学生管理工作,以期为调动大学生学习积极性、促进大学生综合素质的全面提高提供有益的参考。
This article attempts to discuss the management by objectives and how to apply it to the management of college students by analysing the characteristic of management of college students, and then, looks forward to providing beneficial reference for arousing the students＇enthusiasm ,enhancing students＇comprehensive quality.
