酸度对水杨醛缩异烟肼酮式-烯醇式互变及其配位性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 用UV、IR研究了酸度对水杨醛缩异烟肼酮式烯醇式互变及其配位性能的影响.研究表明:固态物以酮式为主要存在形式且存在分子内氢键,溶解后,酮式与烯醇式的比例依溶液酸度而异,当HCl浓度>7116×10-3mol/L时,以共轭体系较小的酮式存在,当NaOH浓度>414×10-3mol/L时则以共轭体系较大的烯醇式存在.通过对其Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的合成与表征,证明当HCl浓度<005mol/L时可合成1∶1型配合物,仅当HCl浓度≥005mol/L时。 The acidity effects on the keto or enol form and the coordinating capability of Nisonicotinanidosalicylaldimine were studied by infrared spectra and ultravioletvisible spectrum. It showed that in soild state the keto form was the maim form and in solution a mixed state of keto and enol form was existed. When cHCl>7116×10-3 mol·L-1 in solution, the keto form was the only form. When cNaOH≥414×10-3 mol·L-1 the enol form was the only form. The preparation and characterization of Cu(Ⅱ) complexes indicated that when cHCl<005 mol·L-1 the ML was obtained and When cHCl≥005 mol·L-1the ML2 was obtained.
