摘要
采棉滚筒是水平摘锭式采棉机的核心部件。目前,新疆地区使用的采棉机采棉滚筒均从国外进口。为此,通过推导水平摘锭式采棉机采棉滚筒的位移和速度方程,讨论了采摘速比系数对采棉滚筒运动轨迹的影响;利用虚拟样机技术建立了采棉滚筒的模型进行运动仿真,分析了采摘速比系数对采摘性能的影响,为采棉滚筒的研究提供新思路和新方法,也为采棉滚筒的国产化提供了理论依据和技术参考。
Drum is the key component of level spindle -type cotton picker. At present, the cotton picker drums are all imported from overseas. This paper deduced the displacement and velocity equation of level spindle - type cotton picker drum and discussed the effect on the track of drum when the value of picking ratio coefficient vary. Established the model and carried through kinematical simulation of the drum. Analysed the effect on picking capability when the value of picking ratio coefficient vary. This provide new idea, new method, theory basis and the technical reference for domestic manufacturing of drum.
