摘要
基于认识偏差及历史传统等诸多因素,目前大学生介入人才培养主要是客体性参与。主体性教育思想和人本管理思想要求大学生实现由客体性参与向主体性参与的转变。因此,研究大学生主体性参与的内容与范围、方式与途径以及保障措施,对于实现这一转变具有重要意义。
College student's intervention in personnel culture is participation with quality of guest based on lots of cognitive deviation and history and tradition. These viewpoint of subject - oriented education, the democratization of education administration and human - orientated management, request the realization of college students' participation with quality of master transformed from participation with quality of object. The realiztion of college students' participation with quality of master needs that people make clear the content and scope, manner and ways, and safeguards of college students' participation with quality of master.
