替代制冷剂R134a/R290与润滑油的互溶性实验研究 被引量:14

摘要 制冷剂与润滑油的互溶性关系到压缩机能否顺利回油及系统安全,对机组性能有较大影响。虽然HFCs类制冷剂与矿物油不相溶,但添加碳氢化合物可以改善其与矿物油的互溶性。近共沸混合制冷剂R134a/R290(质量分数:60%/40%)的热物性、循环性能与R22非常接近,笔者对它与矿物油的互溶性进行实验研究,结果表明它与矿物油互溶性良好,可以保证系统具有良好的回油特性,从而很好地实现对现有R22机组的灌注式替代。此外,笔者还探讨了该混合制冷剂与POE油的互溶性问题,证明同样具有良好的互溶性。 The miscibility of refrigerant and oil relates to the compressor oil return and system security, also it effects a lot on the performance of the system. Though HFCs don't dissolve in mineral oil, the mutual solubility is improved as HCs are added. As the thermal performance and the system performance of the near-azeotropic mixture R134a/R290 (60%/40%) are quite near to R22, conducts the experimental investigation on the mutual solubility of the refrigerant with mineral oil. The result shows that the mixture dissolves in mineral oil very well, which guarantees the compressor oil return, and a drop-in alternative for R22 system is achieved. Moreover, also explores the mutual solubility of the mixed refrigerant with POE oil, the result is also proved to be well.
