口蹄疫灭活疫苗质量控制和检测技术的研究进展

摘要
口蹄疫(Foot-and-Mouth Disease,FMD)是由口蹄疫病毒引起的一种急性、热性、高度接触传染性的动物疫病。口蹄疫对各国的畜牧业有着巨大的危害。目前,口蹄疫的防控措施主要是以广泛的大面积免疫预防为主,配合以扑杀疫区内的病畜和易感动物并在疫点周围一定区域内进行环形预防接种。
