唐菖蒲生长发育动态及其对P、K、Ca吸收规律的研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验对唐菖蒲地上、地下部的生长动态进行了调查,并对各时期叶片和新球中的P、K、Ca三种元素的含量进行分析测定,旨在为唐菖蒲切花生产、种球繁育及合理施肥提供理论依据。结果表明:唐菖蒲新球干鲜重变化与新球直径大小的变化规律基本一致,且不同时期的变化幅度明显不同,5月栽植的唐菖蒲在8月上旬新球直径、新球干重鲜重的增长速度最快;唐菖蒲地上部和地下部新球到达生长高峰的时期不同,地上部的生长高峰在生长发育的前期,地下部新球生长在盛花开始增加迅速。唐菖蒲在生长期K的含量大于P的含量,植株在花芽分化期对K和P的需求量最大;在新球充实生长的后期,对P的需求量也较大;唐菖蒲叶片中含Ca量较高,属喜Ca植物。 The growth of overground and underground parts and the contents of P,K,Ca in leaves and new corms were determined during Gladiolus hybridus development.It offords a theory for the cut-flower production,breed and fertilization of the Gladious hybridus.The results showed that,the change of new corms fresh and dried weight conformed to the variation of new balls size,but the change extent varied at different periods.The new balls diameter,dried weight and fresh weight increased fast during the first ten days in August.The growth peak value of overground part appeared at the early stage while the underground part growth peak appeared after flowering.During growth periods,the absorption amount to K was more than P,and the peak value both appeared during the differentiation of flower buds.The demand for P increased during the later stage of new balls growth,and the content of Ca was higher in leaves.
