摘要
为园林上科学地选用彩叶树种提供指导,以紫叶李、紫叶矮樱、黑杆樱李及美人梅4种李属彩叶树木为试材,采用静态熏气系统进行熏气处理,研究了不同浓度SO2处理对其膜脂过氧化和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:随着SO2浓度增加,4种彩叶树木叶片膜透性增大,MDA含量增加,SOD、POD和CAT活性上升,这5项指标均与最后综合评定结果呈显著相关关系,认为是测定彩叶植物对SO2抗性的关键指标;采用模糊数学隶属度对各项指标综合评定得出,4种彩叶树木对SO2的抗性能力由强到弱顺序为紫叶李、黑杆樱李、紫叶矮樱、美人梅。
This paper studied the effects of sulfur dioxide stress on physiological characteristics of Prunus cerasifera Var.atropurea,Prunus×cistenena 'Purpleleaf and Chevry',Prunus wrasifers 'nigra' and Prunus×bliriana 'Meiren' in closed chamber.Results showed that the membrane-lipid peroxidation enhanced,MDA content,SOD activity,POD activity and CAT activity increased with increasing sulfur dioxide.There is evident correlation between these five indexes and the final overall assessments,proving that these indexes are essential for identifying the colored-leaf plant resistance.Synthetic evaluations by following the fuzzy relevance model suggest that the tolerance of the four species of colored-leaf trees of prunus was,from strongest to weakest: Prunus cerasifera Var.atropurea〉Prunus wrasifers 'nigra'〉Prunus×cistenena 'Purpleleaf and Chevry'〉Prunus×bliriana 'Meiren'.
