摘要
运用图书馆学基础、图书馆管理、信息用户研究、文献资源建设等学科原理,采用调查法、文献资料法、综合分析法等,对我国经济欠发达地区县级公共图书馆读者减少的主客观原因及存在的问题,从图书馆自身因素、社会环境因素和读者因素等三方面进行研究,并针对这些问题提出相应建议和对策。
Use the library science, the management of library, the research into the users＇ information; adopt the methods of investigation, the science of document and materials, the comprehensive analysis to study the subjective reasons for the less and less readers in the county public libraries and the existing problems, to study the three factors of the libraries, the social environment and the readers, at last put forward the corresponding suggestions and encounter measures
