摘要
炼油厂凝汽式蒸汽透平专用空气冷凝器(ACC),在环境温度极端恶劣的条件下需要开机运行时,要求的蒸汽乏汽流量必须达到最小暖机流量并且流量很大,而蒸汽透平开车暖机期间蒸汽耗量比较小,难以满足空气冷凝器的最低要求,从而压缩机组无法正常开车,影响工艺装置的正常运行和经济效益。结合炼油厂实际事例,就空气冷凝器(ACC)的选型,冷凝系统的设计以及现场实际情况,根据空气冷凝器结冰机理,提出采用透平旁路法、空冷并联法、水冷替代法以及其它有效的临时措施,来实现专用空气冷凝器(ACC)在恶劣环境温度下顺利开车任务,保证工艺装置正常运行。
When the acc required to run and warm up in the lowest environmental temperature, the min.steam capacity must be satisfied with the requirement of the ACC.But the steam consumption of the steam turbine is too smaller to warm up the ACC when turbine warming up.If the ACC no work and the compressor train no work, the process unit will not be able to run economically .The article claimed and gave the several effective methods to deal with the freezing problem, such as turbine by-pass, water condensator used instead and in parallel with ACC, and the another effective means.Finally it can be realized for us to run the process unit smoothly and safely by means of the above-mentioned methods.
