摘要
用TPDE、Py-TPD和XRD研究了不同焙烧脱胺(四乙基胺模板剂)、温度分别为400、450、500、550、600℃对β沸石分子筛酸性和结构的影响。结果表明,高温脱胺β沸石表面均出现两种强度不同的酸性位,450℃脱胺β沸石表面酸量最大,高于或低于这一温度,β沸石表面酸量均减小。高温脱胺对β沸石结晶度破坏较严重。
The effects of different thermal decomposition temperatures (400,450,500,550,600℃)of tetraethylammonium on the structure and acidity of zeolits β were studied by TPDE,TPD and XRDThe results indicate that two acidic sites exist on the zeolite β with two different intensityThe acid amount maximizes at 450℃,and more or less than this temperature the acid amount decreasesThe high thermal decomposition temperature destroys the crystallinity of zeolite β seriouslyThe crystallographic shape of zeolite β changes from polymorph to monoclinic crytal system at 500℃
