Synthesis and anticancer activity of the porphyrins tailed with salicylic acid

摘要 Bonded with aspirin or salicylic acid,six porphyrin-based compounds are prepared,and among them two novel compounds structures are conformed.Meanwhile,anticancer activity of them against the cervical tumor Hela cells and human hepatoma HepG2 cells are examined by MTT assay.The results show that compound 4 has a good anticancer activity against the Hela cells and its IC50 is 1.41μmol/L,but all of them are poor activity against the human hepatoma HepG2 cells. Bonded with aspirin or salicylic acid, six porphyrin - based compounds are prepared, and among them two novel compounds structures are conformed. Meanwhile, anficancer activity of them against the cervical tumor Hela ceils and human hepatoma HepG2 cells are examined by MTT assay. The results show that compound 4 has a good anticancer activity against the Hela cells and its IC50 is 1.41 μmoL/L, but aU of them are poor activity against the human hepatoma HepG2 Cells.
