摘要
本文报道喷瓷管道试件的焊接试验结果。试验表明,焊接电弧热会使喷瓷涂层发生重熔、开裂、剥落,焊接线能量越大影响越严重。只有选择合适的焊接线能量才可使喷瓷涂层发生重熔,得到表面无裂纹的接头。此外,喷瓷管道焊接热影响区的金属基体将由于喷瓷过程中渗入的固溶氮而产生大量微裂纹。
This paper provides welding test result of specimen of sprayed porcelain pipe. The result showes that thermal of welding electic arc can make the sprayed porcelain layer re-melt, crack and split. The more welding line energy is, the more serious damages are. To select proper welding line energy is the only way to make the layer re-melt only and to gain a pipe joint without crack on its surface. In addition, the metal body within welding heat effect zone will produce a lot of micro-cracks because of infiltration of solid solution nitrogen in course of porcelain spraying.
