摘要 研究了不同溶剂和催化剂对脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺羧甲基化反应的影响。以油脂为原料,经酯交换、酰胺化和羧甲基化反应制得脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺羧酸盐(AMEC)。研究表明,羧甲基化反应中,当采用溶剂(A代号)及自制的碱性催化剂时,其酰胺的转化率可以达到90.5%以上。产物的cγmc=25.33 mN/m,cmc=1.86 mmol/L,罗氏泡沫高度为194 mm,具有优良的表面活性。 Different solvents and catalysts were investigated about their influence factors on the reaction of carboxymethylation for synthesis of fatty acid monoethanolamide earboxylate (AMEC) in this paper. Oil as the feedstock, AMEC was made by the process of transesterifieation, amidation and carboxymethylation reaction. Research indicated that with utility of A (symbol) as solvent and self-made alkaline catalyst in the carboxymethylation reaction, the percent conversion of amide achieved more than 90.5%.The surface tension of AMEC was 25.33mN /m and eme=1.86 mmol / L, Roche foam height of 194 mm. It had excellent surface activity.
