摘要
目的探讨MR高压注射器的在增强扫描中的应用问题。方法本组600例,年龄46—78岁,平均64岁,其中男114例,女486例。使用德国Ulich磁共振高压注射器和造影剂GD—DTPA。结果本组589例患者顺利完成(98%),2例患者血管显影欠佳(0.3%),5例患者出现药液渗漏失败(0.8%),3例患者因造影剂筒针尖露出液面出现空气报警(0.5%),1例因汞用管管道出现渗漏,而不得不重新安装(0.1%)。所有检查病人均无出现不适。结论熟练掌握磁共振高压注射器的使用能有效高质完成MR的检查,也是MR检查成功的关键之一。
Objective To investigate the operating problems of using high-pressure mechanical injector in the MR.Methods Six hundred cases aged from 46 to 78 were studied.The average age is 64.In these cases, 114 cases are male and 486 ones are female.GD-DTPA was injected into all patients with the Ulich injector.Results of all cases 589 were finished successful（98%）.However 2 patients of angiography were not good （0.3%）.Another 5 were failed to angiography because of leaking out of vessel （0.8%） .In 3 cases, GD--DTPA occurred air alarm because of a tube needle appearing over the surface of GD-DTPA （0.5%） .One patient, because GD-DTPA leaked from tube of injector, we had to change a new tube. （0.1%）.All the patients were all right.Conclusion Being skilled of operating the MR high-pressure mechanical injector can make you finish MR exam effectively with high quality and it is one of the keys to the successful exam.
