摘要
目的建立天麻壮骨丸的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的主要药材进行定性鉴别。结果用薄层色谱法鉴定天麻壮骨丸中的人参、秦艽等有效成分,专属性强,灵敏度高,稳定性好,检出斑点清晰。结论该方法准确、简便,可用于天麻壮骨丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality control method of Tianmazhuanggu Pills. Methods The main components of the preparation were indentified by TLC. Results The effective components of Tianmazhuanggu Pills such as Panax ginseng C. A. Mey, Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex burk. were indentified by TLC. This method was specific,sensitive and stable,TLC spots were clear. Conclusion The method is accurate and simple,and can be used for the quality control of preparation.
