摘要 激光熔化沉积(LMD)快速成形技术,利用快速原型制造(RPM)技术在无需任何模具和工装条件下快速制造任意复杂形状零件的全数字化快速制造基本原理,以新材料快速凝固激光冶金制备技术为手段,通过金属材料的激光逐层熔化沉积,直接由零件CAD模型一步完成高性能"近终形"复杂金属零件的快速成形制造。
