摘要
有观点认为,由于社科期刊现行的编排规范所规定的文献引证体例,是基于自然科学的学科特点和研究范式进行的,不适合人文社会科学,尤其是不适合文学、历史等人文学科的特点,于是要求对现行的编排规范进行改革。但是,至少有两点原因决定了社科期刊应当继续实行现有规范。其一,解释和解决人文社会科学领域的重大问题越来越需要借助于跨学科交叉研究来完成,学科边界会越来越模糊,因此要确定每一篇来稿的学科归属需要较高的鉴别成本;其二,对已执行多年,且作者、读者和编辑已逐渐熟悉的编排规范进行改革,打破对既定路径的依赖,需要耗费额外的转轨成本。改革现有规范所形成的成本——收益是否匹配,也是值得探讨的。因此,编排规范的改革应当依照渐进、谨慎的原则进行,进一步的科学论证是极为必要的。
The view of expressing that the existing editor norms of social science journals is based on the characteristics of natural science disciplines, not suitable for the humanities and social sciences, therefore somebody calls for reforms of the existing editor norms. However, there are at least two reasons for implementing the existing norms. Firstly, we need the help of more interdisciplinary researches to explain and resolve issues of the humanities and social sciences, so the subject border will become increasingly blurred. Based on it, its cost is very high to identify subject attribution of each article. Secondly, because authors, readers and editors have gradually familiar with the existing editor norms, it will incur additional transition costs breaking the dependence on the established path. Therefore, weshould insist on the principle of gradual and prudence in the process of reform, and further discussion is necessary.
