摘要
针对胜利桩西油田原油特性,采用三组分复配法研制了水溶性破乳剂PR9618,在桩西油田使用,提高了化学破乳效果,节省了生产费用。
A new water soluble crude oil demulsifier, PR 9618, is developed to replace previously used RAK 5 and BH311, which become less effective owing to increase of water cut and change in physical properties of the crude oil being treated at Zhuangxi Plant. PR 9618 is a mixture of a water soluble high molecular weight block polyether succinate and a less water soluble block polyether with a polymer ingredient. In laboratory experiments PR 9618 is shown much more effective than RAK 5, BH311 and SP169. In field tests over 3 months PR 9618 in 30 ppm notably improves the hydration processes and both qualified purified crude oil and separated produced water are obtained.
