摘要
目的了解一起腹泻事件的发生原因,采取控制措施,防止事态的进一步发展。方法对事故现场进行监督检查,对住户集中询问,采集水样进行实验室检查。结果发病人数21人,罹患率2.9%。水样的感观性状和一般化学性指标细菌总数、总大肠菌群、粪大肠菌群、游离性余氯均超标。结论此次事件可能是由于生活垃圾污染了供水管道和蓄水池设计不合理,且未对饮用水消毒导致的微生物污染引起的水源性腹泻事件。
[ Objective] To understand the reasons for a case of diarrhea occurrence, and take control measures to prevent the further development of the incident. [Methods] For the supervision and inspection of the accident scene, concentrated inquiries were made on residents, and water samples were collected for laboratory examination. [ Results] There were 21 ( 2.9% ) eases of diarrhea. Organoleptie properties of water samples and general chemical indicators of total bacteria, total eoliforms, fecal eoliforms and free residual chlorine all exceeded standards. [ Conclusion] This incident may be due to the water pipe pollution of domestic refuse, unreasonable design of reservoir and microbiological contamination by no disinfection of drinking water.
