摘要
利用同步辐射(软X射线)辐照玉米自交系H65和H14D种子,研究其M1代的细胞学效应,并以60Co-γ射线作对照。结果表明,软X射线辐照处理后,不仅能够诱发玉米M1代根尖细胞内核畸变和染色体畸变,而且还能够诱发染色体多种类型的变异,其变异频率随辐照剂量的增加而增大,辐照剂量与细胞总畸变率呈正相关。软X射线对玉米根尖细胞的有丝分裂具有明显地抑制作用,辐照剂量与细胞分裂指数呈负相关。软X射线辐照的细胞学效应与γ射线基本相似,但在诱发的细胞畸变率和染色体变异类型上存在一定的差异。两个供试品系对辐射的敏感性为H14D>H65。
Inbred maize seeds H65 and H14 D is irradiated by synchrotron radiation (soft X-rays) to make research on the effect of cytology of its M1 , compared with ^60Co-γ radiation. Results show that the soft X-rays radiation not only can make kernel of root tip cells of maize M1 distort as well as its cromosome distort, but also induce chromosome mutated with various types, the rate of aberration going with radiation dose increasing and the total rate of cell aberration is proportional to its radiation dose. Soft X-rays makes inhibited effect on mitosis of root tip cell obviously, its radiation dose negatively proportional to cell mitosis index. The cytology effect of soft X-rays irradiation is basically similar to that of γ- rays but they also have some difference on their induced rate of cell aberration and types of chromosome aberration. The sensitivities to radiation of those two experimented materials are in the order of H14D 〉 H65.
