摘要
提出一种改进后的平衡计分卡理论(Balanced Score Card,简称BCS),并将其应用在高校数字资源综合评价体系模型的构建上,形戍一个4维的三级指标体系。应用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,简称AHP)确定各级指标的权重,从而构建全面反映评价目标整体的指标群。
This paper firstly presents a new update theory with Balanced Score Card, and designs synthatical evaluatuion model of college digital resources with it, then, it forms a three class evaluation indicator system which has four dimensionalities. Finally, the authors calculate the weights of all class evaluation indicators with Analytic Hierarchy Process, and establish the evaluation indicator system of the college digital resources.
