摘要
对高校图书馆学科馆员服务质量评价体系进行系统研究。确定应用360度反馈评价法进行评价,建立3个方面15个二级评价指标,对各级评价指标含义进行分析。确定参与者评价权重,根据层次分析法确定各级评价指标权重。最后结合实例对评价结果进行分析与运用。
This paper systemically studies the service quality evaluation of subject librarian in university libraries. The paper applies 360° feedback method to service quality evaluation system of subject librarian, and establishes three aspects and fifteen correspond evaluation indexes. Moreover, the paper analyzes the conception of evaluation indexes, and determines the evaluation weight of participators and the weight of evaluation indexes based on analytical hierarchy process. At last, the paper shows the analysis and application of evaluation results with examples.
