摘要
采用浸渍法制备了一系列Ni-Na/硅藻土催化剂,考察了活性组分Ni含量、助剂、载体、浸渍方式等因素对催化剂活性选择性的影响。以硅藻土为载体,活性组分Ni含量30%,助剂Na含量1%~2%,采用分步浸渍法制备Ni-Na/硅藻土催化剂效果最好。环己二醇转化率可达100%,邻苯二酚选择性可达96.7%。
A series of catalysts with nickel as the active component were prepared by impregnation methods,and the influence factors such as the content of nickel,promoters and its content,carriers,impregnation methods were studied.The best catalyst was 30%(wt.)Ni-1%~2%(wt.)Na/kieselguhr catalyst which was prepared by successively impregnation.When use Ni-Na/kieselguhr catalyst,the conversion and selectivity can reach to 100% and 96.7% for 1,2-cyclohexanediol and pyrocatechol respectively.
