摘要
针对太阳能电池组件封胶工艺进行工业化生产的可行性在设备、技术、生产、工艺条件、材料、可靠性等方面进行研究.此课题还针对封胶工艺不良产生及解决方法进行了深入的理论和试验研究.试验证明,封胶生产工艺是可行的.
The study was to research on the processes in solar cell epoxy resin pouring sealant manufacturing in terms of production equipment, tools, techniques, production skills, production conditions, raw material and production reliabilities etc. It looked further into those production defectives, related issues and reasons behind the problems. The experiment made prove of the proper solutions for solar cell epoxy resin production.
