摘要
高校中层领导干部在维持高校有效运行、参与高校战略制定、协助高校战略的执行以及维护高校的稳定等方面发挥着重要作用,是高校不可或缺的中坚力量。在高校运作中,中层领导干部作为中坚力量主要承担战略参与者、组织沟通者、部门管理者、部门稳定者以及未来领导者等五个方面的角色。这五种角色定位对高校中层领导干部提出了更高要求,因此,高校领导者除了要从岗位技能、知识、经验、人品等方面对中层领导干部提出要求,还应从管理能力、沟通能力、管控能力、创新能力、智力能力以及领导能力六个方面入手构建高校中层领导干部的能力素质模型。
Medium-level cadres ha universities form an indispensable mainstay force of universities, playing an important role in maintaining the effective operation of the university, participating in the making of strategies and assisting the implementation of the strategies and keeping the stability of the universities. In the school operation, the medium-level cadres play five roles: participants in the strategies, organizers and communicators, managers of departments, stabilizers and future leaders. These roles place higher demands on them. Therefore, in addition to requirements of skills, knowledge, experience and morality, the capability model should be constructed in terms of management abihty, communication ability, control ability, innovative ability, intelligent ability and leadership ability.
