摘要
和谐劳动关系是劳资双方履行彼此的责任和义务,相互合作,从而达到的一种稳定有序的均衡状态。和谐劳动关系无差异曲线模型揭示了影响企业和谐劳动关系水平的三大因素:企业的资源、投入意愿以及企业对员工的精神和物质利益组合的优化程度。因此,必须以社会责任为导向、追求企业良性发展和改革工会三方面来促进企业和谐劳动关系提高。
By using of indifference curve,the paper analyzes institution influencing harmonious labor relation and concludes that enterprises' attitude and behavior to their employees form the axis of the indifference curve and their combination could reflect the harmony level of labor relations.Furthermore,the paper discloses three main influencing factors,that is,the resources of enterprise, its input wish and the optimal level of combination of spiritual and material benefit of employees.Based on such argument,the paper suggests two ways of promoting harmonious labor relation: enterprises should keep social responsibility as well as pursue sound development;labor unions should begin reform.
