摘要
滑模工艺采用埋入钢管作为爬杆支承,液压千斤顶产生外力克服滑升时的摩擦力、模架自重和施工荷载,将成型模架体分阶段连续提升,达到混凝土连续浇注,直至高桥墩混凝土墩身成型。与传统施工方法相比,节约施工机械设备、工期、劳动力、模板及周转材料等,效果良好。
Buried steel pipes are adopted as the climbing pole's supporting in the slip-form. The external force produced by hydraulic jack is used to overcome slipping friction, formwork weight and construction loads. Formed scaffolds are lifted continually step by step to pour concrete resulting in making high pier formed. Comparing with traditional construction methods, the slip-form technology can save construction equipments, time, labor, formwork, scaffold and so on, and the effect is good.
